Final Gamejam Version Released!


This is probably the last update for this page. If I do decide to make this a full game, I'll keep this gamejam version here as a recording of its edition, which is separate from any full version.

I really don't know if I can do a changelog, as I added and editing a TON of stuff, but I'll touch on the main things:

  • Added a 2nd Boss fight and Train scenes to talk with characters
  • Changed the Talking SFX and added a ton of new SFX - all of which has been stolen from Kirby as I don't have time to do Audio for now (boo)
  • Rebalanced Boss fights in general (mostly to be easier)
  • Fixed a bunch of bugs with cutscenes, talking, and other stuff.

MAIN ISSUES REMAINING:

-There still is no pause button, and I won't have time to put it in. I still have no clue what went wrong, as it was working fine the entire development and then one day... Stopped. Oh well - it'll be in the full version if I make it.

-There still is minor visual errors when getting pushed into walls. The playe rwill awkwardly slide into and out of the wall. It does not cause anything gamebreaking, but it can be visually alarming.
